About 42 million people in 43 distinctive people groups speak Farsi, often known in English as Persian. Most of those 42 million are in Iran, followed by Turkey, Afghanistan, Iraq, and the United States. The vast majority of those who speak Farsi are Muslims. Among other ancient documents, the Bible books Daniel and Isaiah describes kings, laws, and stories from the Persian kingdom. Quite a few new books have just been added to this site's Farsi page. These include Prophets and Kings, The Keys to Happiness and The Great Controversy.
